    ro3gz is an independent design studio working across Brand Environments, Brand Design, Creative Direction, Product Design, Engineering and Manufacturing.

    We develop brand experiences and products from concept to implementation, bringing these disciplines together in one process.

    Based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany, the studio builds on decades of international experience with leading global brands.

    Growing up around architects, engineers, materials and manufacturing — and later studying business and economics — shaped Pablo Rodriguez’s approach to design, engineering and implementation.

    From New York to Shanghai, he has led international creative teams and shaped Brand Design, Brand Environments and physical Brand Experiences for adidas, PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, Pepe Jeans London and other global brands.

    Through ro3gz, Rodriguez extends that experience into Product Design and Manufacturing, including the RO1 Chair, winner of the German Design Award 2025 – Excellent Product Design – Furniture.
